The spacious living room is very bright thanks to the large window that has access to a small terrace (7m2) overlooking the Plaza Europa. It is decorated with an avant-garde style in neutral tones. The kitchen is independent, modern and spacious, it also has access to the terrace. It is fully equipped with utensils, crockery and all the necessary appliances so you can cook from your arrival, from ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher to kettle, toaster and the inevitable coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of 2 exterior double bedrooms and 1 bedroom/study with a sofa bed. The bedrooms have closets to store everything you need and share two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The building has a swimming pool that you can take advantage of during your stay. In addition to a room for sports and concierge service from 9h to 17h. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of commerce such as restaurants, pharmacies, local stores and supermarkets. In addition, it is very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest station is Europa/Fira, which has metro and train lines (L8/L9S); 4 minutes away is the Gran Via 2 shopping center with cinemas, stores and restaurants; and 6 minutes away is the IKEA furniture and decoration store. The airport is 10 minutes away by car, as well as Plaza España.
